📸Photography and art have always held a special place in my heart. I can lose myself for hours flipping through photography books. I’ve just finished @annieleibovitz master class 📸 I loved it!! fashion, romance, boudoir, portraiture, and all sorts of rebellious art captivate me the most. Art inspires that inner-world conversation. The cogs start turning because creativity fuels creativity!!

In my career I’ve spent many hours in front of cameras, but Im drawn to learn more about taking the pictures, I love both really!! Last year my mission was to learn more about photography and take a ton of pics, but 2023 snuck by so fast, my new found passion lay cold….it’s time to warm it up!! I’m anointing photography my 2024 hobby…& ready to capture some magic! 📸

💖 Embracing the honor of creating and holding space

kundalini Activation Journeys are like nectar for the soul, unlocking the deepest chambers of our hearts and gently reshaping the fabric of our being. When I was young, I wanted to become a doctor. I vividly remember clutching that little blue and white doctor’s bag I got for Christmas, ready to bandage up anyone who’d let me. I would generously apply mercurochrome (affectionately known as monkey blood) and bandage their imaginary wounds. As I grew older, seeing people in pain was a physical experience for me, I would feel it so deeply…I fainted on several occasions. Not exactly doctor material 😂 But, life has a funny way of guiding us. My path took me from a career in modeling that began at the age of 14 to pursuits in acting, music, and fashion. Eventually, I found myself drawn to Neuroliquitics, a subject that always fascinated me, along with Yoga, Acupressure Mastery, Massage, Plant-based Nutrition, Hypnothbirthing, and Kundalini Activation. It is through this incredible journey that I see life’s plan has led me back to that little girl with a doctor’s kit full of tools, whose ultimate goal was to bring comfort and healing to everyone. ❤️‍🩹 Trusting in ourselves and letting go of societal expectations allows us to embrace what lights us up!

I feel incredibly blessed to be able to share these transformative experiences within the sanctuary of my own home. #grateful 🙏 to be a part of these healing journeys. 🦋 DM for more information about sessions.

🤩This is magic and will poetically change the way you feel in less than 10mins

🥶even though I have a love-hate relationship with the cold I do this because I know it’s super beneficial, but freezing my tush off isn’t exactly my idea of a good time!

HOW to go from zero to hero in less than 10mins - run the coldest bath 🛁 you can add ice if you need, which I do sometimes in Florida as the cold just doesn’t get cold enough in summer 😎 then take a plunge into your freezing cold bath for 5 to 10 minutes. ❤️ Trust me, this is gold for vitality so next time you’re feeling blah, give it a try?

🤣 My hubby calls it “Wim-Halfing,” thanks to @iceman_hof 🤣 but honestly, it’s become my secret weapon!

Afterward, everything magically tightens up, my skin gets a youthful boost, and I’m buzzing with energy!

😂 Yeah, real Wim Hof enthusiasts will chuckle at us mere mortals sinking into our cold baths, but trust me, it works like a charm!

booked an appointment with the eye doct, ready to solve the case of my blurry vision. The verdict? No prescription glasses needed, but apparently, I've officially joined the "readers" club. They say it's an age thing 🤪but come on, couldn't they have spared my ego? 🕵️‍♀️😅
