One day, we’ll all realize that the full performance-potential of the human mind and body unfolds when we prioritize physical health, mental well-being and spiritual fulfillment.

 

My Mission Statement
To inspire well-being autonomy through sharing Moving Energy Yoga, Plant Based Nutrition and Sensuality Re-activation. To facilitate the restoration of the pleasure-seeker. We’re hard-wired to seek pleasure and to move towards what feels good, but cultural/social indoctrinations have taught us it’s wrong, greedy, selfish or sinful even. For years, self-care was thought of as indulgent, vain and superficial. It’s time to wake up, let go of the shame surrounding what brings us pleasure and dive into our unique pleasure ocean. This is where the magic of life, love, joy, creativity, inspiration, sizzle-energy, sensuality all lies.

Sonia is a 6 x certified Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher 500RYT, and has been teaching Yoga since 2004. She holds a practitioner certification in the Science of Neurolinguistics (NLP), Performance Coaching, Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Acupressure Mastery Program Certificate and weaves all aspects of mind, body wisdom into her classes, creating a unique blend that offers a life changing experience.

 

 

Sonia is the Founder of Moving Energy Yoga, a gentle practice that aims specifically at creating an inner environment that supports the body’s self-healing wisdom. Through organic meditative movements the inner energies are coaxed into vibrant flow, flexibility is restored and there is a re-connection to sensuality.
