CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation.
Otherwise, please be aware that the full amount is
due.
Extended Sivasana/a guided meditation
15 minutes (book with yoga) £20.00
. Please book extended sivasana in advance of a yoga session.
Local areas include:
Kensington,Chelsea ,Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Fulham, Pimlico, Battersea,
and Putney.
Travel Fees: For out of area clients, there is a travel time
charge of £15/hr plus reasonable expenses.
Keys to a good practice:
- Wear loose fitting clothes so you have freedom to move.
- A good yoga mat, belts and blocks; these will help your practice.
- Bring a yoga attitude with you...to be present.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your session so you allow your mind and body to settle down before you start.
- The space in which you practice should be draft free and warm.
- Create a soothing and relaxing environment using music, candles, incense, this is your time.
- Mornings are a good time to practice. There is a natural stillness before the day begins, the body being naturally stiff after sleep is awakened. Practice before breakfast and feel the benefits for the rest of the day.
- Evenings are good to calm the body and still the mind. For this practice, the stomach and bladder should be empty before you begin. (advised but not essential)
- Turn off phones, TV’s or any distractions. Focus only on your practice.
- If you feel unwell do not practice, honour your body always.
- If you are recovering from illness or injury consult your doctor before beginning yoga or any other physical practice.
