Work We Did Together

Sonia has collaborated with Asquith on several projects, creating yoga films and articles that bring movement and mindful living to life. Most notably, she shared her Tight Hamstring Cure sequence — a 9-minute daily yoga routine that became a reader favorite. Her partnership with Asquith celebrates the harmony between conscious fashion, feminine flow, and body awareness.
