Sonia’s Kundalini awakening event at Sand and Sage Mystic Shoppe was groundbreaking. My life changed on the night of November 6, 2025, as the following two months involved working through many kinks and shadow energy that needed redirection.
Sonia’s presence felt safe, secure, and open, allowing for important spiritual transformation for everyone present. From the reassurance given before the event, to Sonia’s carefully chosen playlist, and concluding with Turkish delight in the aftermath, I will definitely return for another Kundalini experience when the time is right.
