Meet Your Guide – Sonia Doubell

 

I’m Sonia Doubell, founder of Moving Energy Yoga—and the creator of Beautiful Pregnancy Yoga.

I’m a multi-certified teacher in yoga, prenatal yoga, and hypnobirthing. But more than that, I’m a mother who once feared birth deeply… until I experienced the power of these practices for myself.

That birth changed everything.

What had felt insurmountable became the most magical moment of my life. And in the quiet afterglow, I knew: I had to share this. Because no woman should miss the chance to feel the full power and wisdom of her body.
