Work We Did Together

Sonia collaborated with the YOGABODY team in Barcelona to film a complete instructional yoga video series featuring the Yoga Trapeze — their signature inversion and strength-building tool. She also created over 30 yoga tutorial videos including multiple yoga sequences, bringing clarity, technique, and a calm, confident presence to every class.

Her work with YOGABODY helped introduce students around the world to the power of mindful movement, alignment, and embodied practice.
